Taos Art Brokerage retains twenty per cent of the final sale for our services. Please contact the online gallery at tab@taosnet.com or by phone at 505-586-1471 to arrange a consignment.

TERMS OF SALE

To place an order please contact Taos Art Brokerage by e-mail, tab@taosnet.com or by phone at 505-586-1471. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail on the next gallery business day (Monday through Friday) to verify the price and shipping charges and your preferred shipping address.

We accept payment by check or by credit card. Shipment will be made by registered insured U.S. mail or carrier. New Mexico residents please add 6.3125%.

Your payment will be held until receipt of your purchase. We would ask that you call or e-mail the gallery to confirm that you have received the item. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, your payment will be refunded upon return of your purchase. All items are guaranteed to be in the condition described and may be returned in the condition received for any other reason, for a full refund less shipping charges. Please notify the gallery upon receipt if you are planning to return the item, and expedite the return via registered and insured mail. If we do not hear from you within ten days of shipment, we will assume that the sale is final and will deposit your payment.
